Although Daring is destined to marry Apple White, Lizzie and Daring have developed feelings for each other in "Lizzie Hearts Fairytale First Date". Of course, Lizzie acts nonchalant at first, but never realized that Daring soon developed feelings for her on their date, despite his dare. Wanting to keep her "villainous Queen" reputation safe, Lizzie decides to keep their relationship a secret. Daring accepts. In Spring Unsprung, they rode on the fairest wheel together. In A Wonderlandiful World and Next Top Villain, they flirt with each other.

Duchess and Lizzie are both the misunderstood Royals of Ever After High, but they are roommates despite their very different personalities. However, Lizzie has something Duchess would never have: a promised Happily Ever After at the end of her story. The two are competitive with each other in academic subjects, but this friendly competition could change Duchess' alignment. In "The Storybook of Legends", Duchess and Lizzie are likely allies, as Duchess nods to her as she practices her queenly lines.

Lizzie and Kitty are known to be BFFAs due to living in Wonderland and growing up together. They are also constantly seen with each other around school. They can be seen talking, interacting, and eating. As the two are an unlikely and wonderful bunch, they appear to be on good terms.

Madeline and Lizzie have been on good (and indirect) terms. As iconic Wonderland characters along with Kitty, they enjoy each others' company. Madeline and Kitty understand Lizzie for her mad behavior.

Lizzie and Apple have not directly interacted with each other, however Apple gathered all the princesses including Lizzie, however her role seems no different to Raven's. Lizzie soon chases after Shuffle as Duchess arrives, who was comparing Lizzie with Raven, driving her infuriated as Duchess soon mentioned her father. Apple enjoys Lizzie's enthusiastic (and somewhat over-the-top) behavior, as Lizzie is humorously exaggerating her queenly words and legacy.

Lizzie appears to be friends with most of the Royals. However, like Apple White, Lizzie showed great disliking in Hunter and Ashlynn at first, but soon got to like the couple more as Hunter Huntsman showed true emotion with Ashlynn, leaving her in great delight and satisfaction.
Briar and Lizzie are seen hanging out in the castleteria in "Replacing Raven", hinting that they might be acquaintances. They also play croquet with Apple and Blondie in Lizzie Shuffles the Deck and also Briar helps Lizzie by offering her friendly support regarding her approach with her true friends. They are on the Royal Croquet Team together.

Cedar enters the Talent Show and nearly gets a perfect score from the judges. Excluding that, Lizzie was the one person who helped Cedar find her voice by "painting" the roses red, which resulted her to get a good grade in the end, mentioned in her diary.
Although Holly and Lizzie appear to not be friends or acquaintances in the series, the two are a canon friendship pair. Lizzie is constantly seen doing school activities with Holly. The two are often seen pairing together in "The Storybook of Legends" during Princessology by trying to escape from a tower.

As a future hero in his story, he saved Lizzie from the wolves in "The Storybook of Legends" by striking a bold pose before doing so nearly made Cupid swoon, not knowing that he heroically saved someone from the opposing team.

Raven and Lizzie are seen as rivals, however their relationship quickly died down later in the series. The two only interacted in "Stark Raven Mad" when Lizzie suggests on decapitating Raven, who rolls her eyes. In the diaries however, Raven doesn't write bad about Lizzie, confusing the fact that they are rivals in the series. In the books and diaries however, Lizzie can be seen helping Raven with her Thronecoming dress (along with Ashlynn).
